What is COPA?
The Coalition for Peace in Africa (COPA) is an African network of peace builders whose purpose is to promote peace, justice, human rights and development through capacity building, advocacy, research and documentation.

How to become a COPA member?
Individuals or organizations may apply for COPA membership in writing to the Secretariat or to the regional office nearest to them. COPA has several categories of membership: individual, organizational and honorary.

What are the benefits of becoming a COPA member?
COPA members enjoy several benefits, including attending COPA workshops and seminars, getting the first chance to participate in the courses that COPA offers and sharing with and learning from other COPA members.

Does COPA give scholarships for the courses she is offering?
Unfortunately COPA is not able to grant scholarships for the courses she is offering. However, COPA does assist successful applicants in fundraising for the requested course fees.

What kind of materials does COPA have in her Resource Centre?
COPA has plenty of resource materials that can be of help in any study of or training on Conflict Transformation and Peace Building.
