The new publication of COPA ' A Piece of Peace' will be documenting and disseminating the stories of grassroots peacebuilders. With this publication we aim to give community members more opportunities to be active agents of their chance by sharing their views and ideas on the way forward towards development and peace within their communities.

A Piece of Peace- Issue 2

In the II issue we present the work, challenges and successes of a grassroots lawyer from Trans Nzoia working towards the empowerment and protection of women. In this issues we are also announcing our upcoming trainings and present the outcome of past ones. Finally in A Piece of Peace issue II we are briefly presenting our new book : ‘Achievements, challenges and opportunities for women in the conflict zones of Kenya’s Uasin Gishu, Trans Nzoia & Mount Elgon: A Dissection of the UN SCR 1325 & Kenya’s New Constitution'.

A Piece of Peace- Issue 1

In the I issue we present the views of a community peacebuilder from Nyanza province -Kenya on the Individual's role in the peacebuilding process. In the same issue we are presenting our new logo and the changes that COPA has gone through as well as introducing our Constitution Implementation Monitoring and Advocacy Programme (CIMAP).
